It's good advice.
But idk. This says it's all about community. All about giving feedback. It wasn't that long ago the employees were bragging about having the best bonuses. Since, most have been lowered or harder to get.
People give feedback and it falls on deaf ears.
Customer service will often send people to the forum to get help, so the users end up doing their jobs.
A lot of the bonuses in chat come from the users. They want users to be active in chat, forum, Twitter, telegram, discord etc. It just seems like a needy site.
The current giveaways it just cheap advertisement. Get the users to recruit people, give some of those users money, then they will most likely lose the money on the site.
I do understand the site needs take money but the least they could do is invest some of that money on into customer service and act like they care a bit about the community they have created.
Heck, they could do more with responsible gaming stuff. Ive seen quite a few suicidal messages on here and chat, this year. Looks like posts were deleted on the forum. It's not hard for their employees to link the sites to provide help for gambling addictions.
I did contact the sites link at the bottom of the page, after an incident in chat yesterday morning.
